Location: Houston, TX 77028
Pay: $17.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Overview
Openwork is hiring dependable Maintenance / Utility Workers to support a busy industrial facility. This role helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that keeps operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors, work areas, equipment, and shared spaces
• Remove waste and keep indoor/outdoor areas organized
• Sanitize pallets, tools, respirators, break rooms, and locker rooms
• Operate a forklift to move materials and trash bins
• Operate floor sweeper and assist with general labor tasks
• Follow all safety and QMS procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial, janitorial, or warehouse experience
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Safety Requirements

• Must be clean-shaven and able to wear a respirator
• Must follow all safety protocols, including end-of-shift hygiene procedures
• Must pass background check and drug screening
