In this hands-on and rewarding role, you will be responsible for supporting plant operations through maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment. In a Maintenance Technician job you’ll be responsible for:

• Performing breakdown maintenance on plant equipment.

• Using and understanding all aspects of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

• Identifying and addressing quality issues while improving productivity and efficiency.

• Modifying, altering, or installing manufacturing equipment.

• Performing preventive maintenance (PMs) across the plant.

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process-related issues.

• Working with PLC hardware, including fault detection, I/O addressing, and power supply diagnostics.

• Supporting industrial mechanical systems, including welding, electronics/electrical repairs, and DC motor/drives.

What you’ll need:

• Vocational degree in maintenance-related disciplines or equivalent formal training/work experience.

• 2–5 years of experience in plant maintenance and engineering in a technician role.

• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and PLC systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment/process issues independently.

• Strong initiative and willingness to learn unique manufacturing equipment and processes.

• Strong planning, organization, and execution skills.

• Pay Range: $23.00-$30.00/hr+ (based on experience 
• Scheduled Available 
  • 6pm-6am on rotation
  • 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri
