Openwork is now hiring for a local partner in Salisbury, NC to fill multiple Maintenance Technician roles supporting safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
Available Positions & Shifts:
- Maintenance Technician – Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Maintenance Technician – Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $24/hr - $32/hr + 10% night shift differential (pay can vary depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose equipment issues and minimize downtime
- Complete work orders and accurately document repairs and maintenance performed
- Follow all safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout procedures
- Must understand electrical systems for troubleshooting and repairing various machinery, 480VAC–24VDC
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
