Maintenance Technician – Multiple Shifts Available

Openwork is now hiring for a local partner in Salisbury, NC to fill multiple Maintenance Technician roles supporting safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
Available Positions & Shifts:
- Maintenance Technician – Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Maintenance Technician – Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Maintenance Technician Lead: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Pay: Negotiable (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose equipment issues and minimize downtime
- Complete work orders and accurately document repairs and maintenance performed
- Follow all safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Lead position only: Provide guidance, training, and support to maintenance team members and assist with daily task coordination
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Previous maintenance or industrial experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
