In a Maintenance Technician job you’ll be responsible for:

• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
• Supporting production teams by ensuring equipment reliability and reducing downtime
• Maintaining accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and spare parts inventory
• Responding promptly to emergency maintenance requests
• Following all safety procedures and OSHA standards

What you’ll need:

• High school diploma or GED (technical/vocational training preferred)
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, or facilities environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and drawings
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices; welding and fabrication experience a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., work on ladders, and stand for extended periods
