Meador an Openwork Company is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Packaging Operator to join a leading manufacturing facility in the Deer Park area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and wants to be part of a team focused on quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble product kits to meet daily production goals
- Work in various positions along the production line
- Load materials into production equipment
- Move components and finished products on and off pallets
- Safely operate production equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work closely with team members to achieve production targets
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous assembly line or manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn equipment operation
- Able to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 20 lbs.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States

Schedule: 3rd Shift (Pitman Schedule) | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Weekly rotating schedule
- 4 days on / 3 days off, then 3 days on / 4 days off
- Mandatory overtime as needed
