We are seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations and general upkeep of a commercial building. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills, reliability, and a solid understanding of building systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance and upkeep

• Replace light fixtures and perform basic electrical tasks

• Assist with plumbing repairs and maintenance

• Support BAS/HVAC systems, including chillers and cooling towers

• Assist with elevator coordination and monitoring

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment

• Respond to maintenance requests as needed

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of building operations

• Previous property or facilities maintenance experience preferred

• Ability to perform preventative and routine maintenance tasks

• Strong attendance, punctuality, and communication skills
  
  Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM
  Pay: $22/hour
  Temp to hire role based on work performance and attendance. 
  Must work a min of 520 hours through Openwork to be eligible for the client to hire on perm.
