This position is TEMPORARY- duration of 3 Months
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Execute assigned work orders accurately and timely using the
- maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Document completed work, parts used, and equipment condition in the CMMS.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and production issues to minimize downtime.
- Identify equipment reliability issues and communicate recommendations for improvement.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
- Follow established maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure equipment reliability.
- Assist with maintaining accurate equipment and asset records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Comply with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, ADA, local/state).
- Use proper safety procedures when working on or around energized or moving equipment.
- Assist with training or cross-training of peers as needed.
- Work collaboratively with operations, engineering, and other maintenance team members.
Additional Information:
Location: East Houston, TX
Pay Rate: $18 p/h
Schedule: M-F, 6AM-2PM
