What You'll Do
- Assist maintenance technicians with equipment repairs, installations, and facility maintenance projects
- Gather tools, materials, and supplies needed for daily tasks
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Support basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
- Accurately read and use tape measures for installation and repair work
- Follow work orders, instructions, and safety procedures
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform general maintenance duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of maintenance, helper, construction, industrial, or related experience required
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Minor plumbing and electrical experience preferred
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
