Job Title: Manufacturing Machine Operator

Location: Houston, TX 77028

Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:30pm - 1:30am

Pay: $20/ hour

 

Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with room to grow? We’re hiring a Machine Operator to join our client’s team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Production & Fabrication: Efficiently process work orders to produce standard and custom products (e.g., sheets, plates, and specialty fittings) while maintaining high production speeds.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts utilizing precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure all products meet strict ISO 9001:2008 quality standards and customer specifications.

• Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and engineering schematics to accurately fabricate parts.

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on manual machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

What We're Looking For:

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience operating Manufacturing Machinery
• Must have strong forklift capability (testing required during interview)
• Capable to follow company operating procedures, safety rules, and ISO requirements which include:
  • Shower daily 
  • Blood draw every 6 months 
  • Must be able to wear a half mask respirator in all weather conditions (Warehouse has spot coolers)
  • These precautions are due to working with lead material 
• Ability to lift to 30 lbs.
• Able to legally work in the United States.
• Effectively communicate in English (verbally and in writing)
