Job Title: CNC Machine Operator ā 2nd Shift
Location: Albemarle, North Carolina
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM ā 11:30 PM
Training: Must be available to train on 1st Shift | 7:00 AM ā 3:30 PM for the first few weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machinery according to specifications
- Load raw materials and ensure machines are running efficiently
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce high-precision parts
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and correct minor machine issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior experience operating CNC machines preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
- Availability to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
