Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a skilled CNC Machine Operator in Marietta, GA.
In this hands-on, growth-oriented role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision parts for a well-established manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity to join a stable team with a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship.

In a CNC Machine Operator job, you’ll be responsible for:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes) to produce parts to specification

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

• Load materials, change tooling, and monitor machine performance

• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools

• Make basic machine adjustments and report any mechanical issues

• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety procedures

What you’ll need:

• Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs

• Dependable attendance and willingness to work in a team environment
