In a Machine Operator job, you’ll be responsible for:

• Performing critical quality checks to ensure products meet all specifications and standards.

• Adjusting machine settings as needed to optimize both quality and efficiency.

• Identifying, documenting, and reporting any defects or process issues to the team.

• Assisting with basic machine maintenance and technical troubleshooting.

What you’ll need:

• Previous Machine Operation or Assembly experience 

• The ability to accurately read measurements, blueprints, or work instructions.

• Basic mechanical skills and a knack for troubleshooting.

Perks:

• Contract to hire
• 1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
• Pay Rate: $18-$19
