Seeking: Machine Operator – AM Shift
Location: Northeast Houston, TX
Pay: $20.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience) | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Weekends & Overtime: Based on company needs

Openwork is hiring an experienced Machine Operator for a well-established manufacturing company in Northeast Houston. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial production equipment
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate a 15-foot press and assist with a 500-ton production machine
- Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate production records
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience required
- 2+ years of machine operating experience required
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and dependable work habits
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and move materials throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
