In a Machine Helper job you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting machine operators with the setup, operation, and teardown of production equipment.

• Loading raw materials into machines and monitoring the flow of production to ensure consistency.

• Performing quality checks on finished products to identify and remove any defects.

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.

• Palletizing finished goods and preparing them for the shipping department.

What you’ll need:

• A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

• The physical ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new equipment and processes.

• Reliability and a commitment to maintaining excellent attendance.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus, but not required.
