Meador an Openwork Company is currently engaged in a search to find a dedicated upbeat Expeditor in Webster. In this detail oriented fast pace role, you will be responsible for keeping production and supply chain on track by monitoring orders, coordinating with vendors, and resolving material shortages and delays.

Responsibilities:
• Track purchase orders, confirm delivery dates, and expedite shipments when   delays occur.
• Ensure materials are available to meet production schedules.
• Communicate with receiving, and production teams to align priorities.
• Negotiate lead-time constraints with suppliers to negate missed commitment dates.
• Document order status, delivery confirmations, and adjustments

What you will need:

• Previous Expeditor experience
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong computer skills with advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
