Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Working Team Lead to join a dedicated operations and housekeeping team. In this role, you’ll provide leadership and supervision to housekeeping staff while supporting operational needs during weekend shifts. This is a great opportunity for someone dependable, organized, and customer-focused who is looking to grow in a leadership role within a dynamic environment.

As a Working Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and delegating tasks to housekeeping staff

• Scheduling and dispatching housekeeping team members efficiently

• Performing housekeeping duties on weekends as needed

• Monitoring and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service

• Supporting team members and collaborating with operations staff to meet department goals

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What you’ll need:

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent customer service abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

• Ability to delegate tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

• Ability to provide proof of up-to-date vaccination records

• Ability to pass a background check

• Flexibility to adjust hours as needed for operational requirements

• Starting pay of $18.00 – $18.75/hour (DOE) with opportunity for pay increase after transition to full-time regular status
