Openwork is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laminator Operator to join our production team in Atlanta. In this role, you will be responsible for operating laminating machinery to bond materials together, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining efficiency and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor laminating equipment to ensure accurate bonding of materials according to production specifications.

• Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of defects.

• Process Efficiency: Monitor machine performance throughout the shift, adjusting settings as necessary to maintain optimal production speed and output.

• Material Handling: Load rolls of material onto the machine and ensure a steady supply of inputs to avoid downtime.

• Maintenance & Safety: Perform basic machine maintenance, keep the work area clean and organized, and strictly adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.

• Documentation: Accurately record production data, including material usage and completed quantities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating laminating, printing, or converting machinery is preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify product defects.

• Basic math and measurement skills.

• Reliable attendance and a proactive approach to teamwork.
