RESPONSIBILITIES:       
 Entering and maintaining accurate client and policy data
 Reviewing applications and insurance documents for completeness
 Updating policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
 Verifying information and correcting data discrepancies
 Assisting the team with reports and administrative support
 Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with industry standards


REQUIREMENTS: 
Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields such as the mortgage industry, is preferred but not required
Ability to learn how to navigate company systems, Microsoft Suite, and managing electronic files and records
Strong organizational skills with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Ability to build rapport with clients and respond quickly and efficiently
Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate in a highly professional manner
Ability to prioritize and multitask independently
Ability to work well in a team setting and support sales agents


SCHEDULE: Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch 

PAY: $15/hour
