Location: Stafford, TX 77477
Pay: $15.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Employment Type: Temporary with Potential for Temp-to-Hire

Start Building Your Installation Experience

Openwork is hiring an Installation Helper for a growing manufacturing company in Stafford, TX. You'll work alongside experienced Installation Technicians supporting commercial installation projects.

The assignment is initially expected to last several days, but strong performance could lead to a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth.

Important: This position does not involve working with live electricity.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist technicians with commercial installations
  • Provide hands-on support at job sites
  • Help move tools, equipment, and materials
  • Maintain an organized tool inventory
  • Assist with setup and cleanup
  • Use basic hand tools as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • No driving required

What We're Looking For

  • General labor, construction, installation, or similar experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
  • Dependable and willing to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
  • Must be willing to complete a drug screen and background check
