Inside Sales Representative

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Meador/Openwork is hiring an experienced Inside Sales Representative for a fast-paced oil and gas company. This role supports sales operations through quote preparation, order processing, customer communication, and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales orders
• Maintain customer records, pricing sheets, and sales logs
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Review purchase orders and customer specifications
• Support outside sales representatives with administrative tasks
• Track shipments and delivery schedules
• Create and edit documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email

Requirements:

• 5+ years of office, administrative, customer service, or inside sales experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong Adobe Acrobat/PDF editing experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience working with technical documents and pricing sheets preferred
