Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative Location: League City, TX Job Type: Full-Time- Direct Hire Pay: $25-31/hr. About the Role:
Our client is in the marine technology and equipment industry as an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll provide support to customers, manage sales orders, and act as a key point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal team. Key Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate quotes
Enter, manage, and close sales orders in the ERP system
Keep customers updated on the status of their orders
Handle all aspects of sales order processing and documentation
Assess and resolve disputes regarding orders or invoices
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and international contacts as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of related experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
Strong organization, problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
Professionalism, ethics, and a commitment to delivering excellent service
