Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find an Inside Sales Representative with plastic fabrication experience for a well-established manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound sales activity, developing new business, and growing existing customer accounts while building strong, long-term relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with industry knowledge and a customer-focused mindset.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound phone calls and responding to customer inquiries

  • Developing new business through proactive outreach and lead follow-up

  • Managing and growing existing customer accounts

  • Preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

  • Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate plastic fabrication solutions

  • Tracking sales activity and customer interactions using CRM systems

  • Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals

  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

What you’ll need:

  • Inside sales experience required

  • Plastic fabrication experience required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and sales software

Perks:

  • Salary range of $50,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience

  • Relocation assistance available (at the discretion of the hiring manager)

  • Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
