Inside Sales Representative

Location: Deer Park, TX
Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | 45–50 hours per week

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to support our Outside Sales team in Deer Park, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Outside Sales team with day-to-day sales and customer service activities.
• Communicate with customers professionally and assist with questions, orders, and requests.
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Enter and maintain customer and sales information accurately using computer systems.
• Assist with sales-related administrative tasks and documentation.
• Work closely with team members to help meet customer and company needs.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, motivated, and professional.
• Ability to work 45–50 hours per week.

Compensation

$22.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
