Openwork is currently conducting a search for an experienced Inside Sales Representative on behalf of a local cabinet wholesale company located in Kennesaw, GA. This is a full-time, in-person position with strong growth potential. The role will initially focus on inside sales and is expected to expand into light outside sales responsibilities, including local customer visits within Georgia and potential national travel as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls and email outreach to prospective and existing customers

• Onboard new customers and guide them through account setup and ordering processes

• Provide product training and education to customers to ensure proper product use and satisfaction

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and activity tracking

• Manage customer accounts, follow up on quotes, and ensure timely order processing

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and management) to support customer needs and resolve issues

• Maintain accurate records within CRM, ERP, OMS, and related systems

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $45,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications

• Benefits offered after 90 days, including:

Requirements:

• Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand products, systems, and processes

• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google platforms; experience with CRMs, ERPs, and OMS systems preferred

• Strong, personality-driven approach to building and maintaining customer relationships

• Self-starter with excellent follow-through, time management, and organizational skills
