Inside Sales Representative – PVF Industry Location: Charlotte, NC Position Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience) Openwork is partnering with a leading company in the Pipe, Valves, and Fittings (PVF) industry to identify an experienced Inside Sales Representative for a direct-hire opportunity in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with PVF industry experience who enjoys building customer relationships, providing technical product support, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, pricing, and applications.
Prepare accurate and timely sales quotes and follow up to secure business.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for growth.
Assist customers in selecting the best products and solutions to meet their needs.
Manage inventory inquiries and order-related communications through email and internal systems.
Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound customer outreach.
Maintain current knowledge of PVF products, industry trends, and market developments.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and account information.
Qualifications Required
Previous experience in the Pipe, Valves, and Fittings (PVF) industry.
Experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management within an industrial distribution environment.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer-based sales systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
