Schedule: 2:30 PM – 1:30 AM | 5–6 Days Per Week

Openwork is hiring an experienced Industrial Saw Operator for a manufacturing facility in Houston. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and being part of a safety-focused production team, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate an industrial bridge saw
- Read cut lists and production specifications
- Measure, mark, and cut materials accurately
- Operate a forklift to move and stage materials
- Perform basic equipment checks and complete production logs
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial saw, machine operator, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience operating an industrial bridge saw (such as marble or granite slab saws) is a strong plus
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout a 10+ hour shift
- Must be clean-shaven each workday for proper respirator fit
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Safety & Work Environment
- Work with lead-based materials in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Required use of PPE, including a respirator
- Daily showering before leaving the facility and periodic blood testing are required as part of company safety protocols
- Fast-paced, team-oriented production environment with a strong focus on safety and quality
