Openwork is hiring a dependable Industrial Paint Shop Helper to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
- Operate a forklift to move and stage materials
- Use a mag drill to drill precision holes in lead weights
- Apply coatings using a paint brush and/or roller on finished lead weights
- Wrap and prepare pallets for shipment
- Assist with moving materials using an overhead crane
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support general shop and production operations
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Forklift experience required
- Experience using hand tools and shop equipment
- Ability to lift 45–50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Safety Requirements
- Must be clean-shaven for proper respirator fit
- Must be able to wear a respirator for extended periods
- Must follow hygiene protocols, including end-of-shift showering
