HR Generalist in

In a
HR Generalist role you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local employment laws
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal/external audits
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices
- Support payroll processing
- Performing administrative duties
Preferred:
- Experience with ADP/ ADP Workforce Now NextGen
- SHRM or HRCI Certification
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Experience, preferably related to employee relations and compliance
