Job Title: Part-Time HR Administrator / Coordinator
Location: The Woodlands, TX
Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
Contract Length: 9+ months (with potential for extension)

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time HR Administrator / Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations at our site in The Woodlands, TX. This role focuses on HR administrative processes, compliance activities, and coordination of site-level programs. This is a part-time, Monday–Thursday position working approximately 20 hours per week through a staffing agency, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Transactions
  • Facilitate weekly new hire orientation sessions and coordinate logistics
  • Assist with I-9 processing and compliance
  • Maintain and update HR records and employee data in HR systems (Workday preferred)
  • Manage document processing and electronic file maintenance
Talent Acquisition Support
  • Coordinate Early Careers programs (internships and rotational programs)
  • Assist with recruiting logistics, candidate communication, and hiring events
  • Coordinate university outreach and career fair participation
  • Partner with vendors for recruiting materials and program needs
  • Provide administrative support for talent acquisition projects
Random Drug Testing Program
  • Serve as the primary site coordinator
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics with shared services teams
  • Escort employees as needed while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Partner with HR, EHS, and site leadership
HR Records & File Management
  • Maintain accurate, secure, and audit-ready employee records
  • Support audits, internal reviews, and legal requests
  • Assist with digitizing and organizing physical HR documents
Vendor & Invoice Support
  • Order office and HR-related supplies
  • Process and track invoices
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
General HR Support
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions
  • Assist in improving HR administrative processes and workflows

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
  • 3+ years of HR administrative or coordinator experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and U.S. employment practices
