Our client is seeking a High Potential professional to join an intensive, hands-on Logistics Leadership Program designed to develop future leaders within a global logistics and industrial operations environment.
Over a period of up to two years, selected candidates will rotate through multiple operational and functional areas across different terminals, gaining broad exposure to the full supply chain while building strong leadership, problem-solving, and business acumen. This role combines real operational responsibility, project involvement (local and global), and mentorship from senior leadership.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed into a key leadership position within one of our client’s terminal operations.
What You’ll Do
- Rotate through multiple operational functions such as packaging, warehousing, logistics, rail operations, administration, and commercial support
- Support day-to-day operations while progressively taking on leadership responsibility
- Manage and motivate teams, including workforce planning and organization
- Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Complete administrative responsibilities including planning, payroll support, and reporting
- Identify training needs and assist with training implementation for team members
- Conduct quality and safety audits and ensure compliance
- Participate in management meetings, planning sessions, and company initiatives
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, diverse environment
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
- Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Natural leadership ability with strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and customers
- Capable of planning, executing, and completing work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a diverse, hands-on operational environment
- Canadian Citizenship is a requirement!
Additional Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

This is a direct hire opportunity and salary for this role is set at $60,000CAD/year!
