Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Glazier Installer for a growing company. In this role, you’ll be responsible for measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing glass in residential and commercial projects, while ensuring accuracy, safety, and high-quality workmanship. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Glazier Installer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Measuring, cutting, and installing glass for windows, doors, storefronts, mirrors, partitions, and other structures

• Assembling and installing aluminum or metal framing systems to secure glass panels

• Applying sealants, adhesives, and gaskets to ensure weatherproofing and structural integrity

• Removing and replacing damaged or defective glass

• Operating hand and power tools safely, including glass cutters, drills, grinders, and suction cups

• Following all safety protocols and company guidelines

• Coordinating with team members, project managers, and customers to complete projects accurately and on time

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a Glazier, Glass Installer, or similar trade is preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and take precise measurements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools

• Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy glass panels and work at heights

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license is a plus
