General Labor – Warehouse Associate

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a General Laborer for a well-established warehouse operation located in Buda, Texas. In this role, you’ll be responsible for moving lumber and other materials, ensuring the warehouse is organized, and assisting with daily operations. The ideal candidate will be dependable, physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

As a General Laborer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Moving, stacking, and organizing lumber and materials in the warehouse

• Assisting with loading and unloading shipments

• Operating hand tools and following safety procedures

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What you’ll need:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred, but not required

• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Perks:

• Starting pay: $13.50/hr, with an increase to $17/hr after 3 months

• Full benefits package available: medical and vision coverage

• Paid time off

• Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
