Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find General Labor Associates for a warehouse facility located in Manor, TX. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, handling materials, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone dependable, hardworking, and looking to grow within a stable company.

As a General Labor Associate, you’ll be responsible for:

• Loading and unloading materials and products

• Sorting, packing, and labeling items for shipment

• Assisting with inventory management and stock organization

• Operating basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.)

• Using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Following all company safety guidelines and procedures

• Supporting team members and supervisors with daily tasks as needed

What you’ll need:

• 3+ Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience

• Must know how to use hand tools and power tools safely

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices

• Flexible and willing to take on different tasks as needed

Perks:

• Pay starts at $18/hour

• Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
