General Laborer – Warehouse
Location: Baytown, TX
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available
Overtime: Possible, based on business needs

- Shift 1: 4:30 AM – 2:00 PM — 2 Openings
- Shift 2: 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM — 1 Opening
- Shift 3: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM — 1 Opening
Job Summary
Openwork is seeking dependable General Laborers to support warehouse operations in Baytown. Candidates will assist with order pulling, loading and unloading materials, packaging, and general warehouse maintenance. This is a hands-on position that requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare orders accurately
- Load and unload materials and products
- Package and label products for shipment
- Assist with general warehouse duties and organization
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Move materials throughout the warehouse as needed
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
