Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a hardworking and dependable General Labor Associate in Jackson, GA. In this hands-on and physically active role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations at a tire recycling plant while working in a fast-paced outdoor environment. In a General Labor job you’ll be responsible for:

? Assisting with tire sorting, loading, and processing operations
? Removing debris and maintaining a clean and safe work area
? Supporting equipment operators and plant staff as needed
? Following all safety procedures and company guidelines
? Performing general labor duties in an outdoor recycling facility

What you’ll need:

? Ability to work outdoors under all weather conditions including hot sun, cold snaps, rain, and other weather elements
? Willingness to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
? Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy materials
? Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
? Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
