JOB DESCRIPTION: Position handles all accounting and bookkeeping functions (A/P, A/R, Payroll and monthly financial preparations and reporting).
REQUIREMENTS:
Need strong excel, word, outlook and other basic Microsoft applications.
Must have experience with QuickBooks Enterprise version and online version
Preferred associate’s degree in accounting and at least 5 years of experience.
Payroll is done in QuickBooks
Payroll tax filings are also done through QuickBooks Payroll
Additional Information:
Schedule: MON – THURS, 8:00am to 6:00pm
Pay Rate- $22 - $30/hr. DOE
