Openwork is currently assisting a client in Round Rock, TX in their search for a Warehouse Employee / Forklift Operator for their local facility. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and supporting daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. As a Warehouse Employee, you’ll be responsible for:

• Operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently

• Pulling and preparing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner

• Receiving incoming shipments and verifying product quantities and condition

• Loading and unloading trucks using proper safety procedures

• Organizing inventory and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse

• Assisting with general warehouse duties as assigned

• Following all company safety policies and operational procedures

What you’ll need:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Proven experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts

• Ability to pass a drug test

• Ability to pass a background check

• Reliable transportation

• Must live nearby so distance is not an issue getting to work

• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to workplace safety standards
