Meador an Openwork Company is currently seeking a dependable and experienced Forklift Operator for a Shipping/Receiving opportunity in La Porte, TX. The ideal candidate must have forklift experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to help lead and support the team when needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift and assist with shipping and receiving duties.
- Perform forklift driver responsibilities and other assigned warehouse tasks as needed.
- Help coordinate and communicate with team members while multitasking.
- Work in both indoor and outdoor warehouse environments.
- Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must have previous forklift operating experience.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Ability to multitask, communicate, and help lead a team.
- Able to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Must be flexible to work beyond scheduled hours when needed.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, including possible extreme weather conditions.

- Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Location: La Porte, TX 77571
- Schedule: Day Shift, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
