Forklift Operator (All Lift Types) – $17–$18/hr – Temp-to-Hire

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Must be flexible for after-hours or weekend call-ins)
We are hiring two experienced Forklift Operators for a contractor pickup facility in Fort Worth (76140). This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a small, tight-knit team. The right candidates will have strong forklift skills, solid computer knowledge, and excellent communication.
Pay: $17–$18/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
? Must be available for occasional 24/7 on-call needs (no night shift, but emergency access required)

Job Responsibilities:
- Pull and stock parts accurately
- Operate a variety of forklifts: sit-down, stand-up, reach, cherry picker (electric, propane, diesel)
- Use RF scanners and computer systems for inventory
- Load/unload trucks
- Escort contractors in the facility
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
Requirements:
- Extensive forklift experience (all lift types and fuel sources)
- Strong computer skills (RF scanners, data entry, inventory systems)
- Excellent communication and dependability
- Steel toe shoes required
- Must complete a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Temp-to-hire position
Dress Code: Jeans and shirt with steel toe shoes
