Meador an Openwork Company is currently engaged in a search to find a Forklift Operator in Baytown, TX. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
At least 2-5 years of direct forklift driving with no breaks between forklift positions
Sit down forklift experience
Must know how to do the 3 point contact when operating a sit down forklift/getting on and off. WILL BE TESTED UPON INTERVIEW
Language: Bilingual is preferred but not required.

Understands shipping & receiving flow — basic grasp of documentation, pallet staging, load accuracy, and line support.
Detail?oriented — catches errors, verifies counts, and ensures labels, pallets, and materials are handled correctly.
Coachability and eagerness to learn — open to feedback and willing to train up into a lead role quickly.
Shows natural ownership of the work area — keeps things organized, solves problems, and thinks like someone responsible for the shift.
Additional Information:
Schedule: Monday-Friday - 6:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m able to work days & nights schedule hours, which may include weekends and/or holidays.
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
