Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Forklift Operator for a well-established distribution company located in South Austin. In this role, you’ll support daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable, organized, and physically fit who is ready to work in a hands-on environment.

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be responsible for:

• Receiving, unloading, and stocking materials accurately and safely

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment

• Using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklift

• Assisting with cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy

• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

• Supporting other departments as needed for smooth operations

What you’ll need:

• 2–4 years of warehouse, general labor, or material handling experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

• Team player attitude with a willingness to learn

• Weekly pay at $16 an hour. After conversion, a raise will be provided
