Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find experienced and dependable Forklift Operators in Fayetteville, GA.
This opportunity is with a well-established logistics and distribution operation that supports high-volume warehouse activity. The facility is known for its strong safety culture, organized workflow, and consistent weekday schedules. This role is ideal for skilled forklift operators who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

In a Forklift Operator role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Operating multiple types of forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, reach, and pallet jack equipment

• Loading and unloading inbound and outbound freight from trailers and dock doors

• Staging, transporting, and organizing product within designated warehouse locations

• Performing inventory movement and material handling to support shipping and receiving operations

• Conducting pre-shift equipment inspections and reporting maintenance or safety concerns

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

• Following all OSHA guidelines, company safety standards, and warehouse procedures

• Working closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals

What you’ll need:

• 4+ years of recent forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

• Experience operating multiple types of forklifts (required)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a high-volume setting

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to pass a clean background check and drug screen

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Location: Fayetteville, GA
