Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts
• Move, stack, and organize large wooden materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload materials while maintaining product stability and safety
• Handle oversized and long materials with care and accuracy
• Place materials at elevated storage locations and racks safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of forklift operating experience required (sit-down or stand-up)
• Experience moving large, long, or oversized materials required
• Experience placing materials at elevated heights required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass a background check
