Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Material Handling & Logistics: Safely move, store, and document packaged materials from conveyor lines for inbound and outbound orders.
- Dock Operations: Execute all dock procedures with extreme accuracy and speed.
- Facility Support: Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform general labor tasks as needed.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally and courteously with team members, drivers, and clients.
Requirements
- Certification & Licensing: Valid driver’s license; must pass both the practical and written Forklift Driver Exams upon hire.
- Core Skills: Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) and basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Physical & Environmental Ability: Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and work comfortably in both indoor and outdoor warehouse environments across varying weather conditions.
- Reliability: Strict punctuality and availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Autonomy & Safety: Ability to work safely with minimal supervision while adhering to client Safety Manuals, Quality Manuals, and OSHA standards (PPE required).
