Meador an Openwork Company is currently seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator (Line Driver) for a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to safely move materials while maintaining accurate inventory and shipping documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move, transport, and store materials throughout the warehouse.
• Handle inbound and outbound orders and document packaged materials coming from conveyor lines.
• Perform dock operations accurately and efficiently.
• Support production and warehouse activities, including general labor tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate professionally with team members, drivers, and customers.
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid and current driver's license required.
• Must pass the client's written and practical forklift operator exams.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or other hours as needed.
• Must follow PPE requirements and all safety and quality procedures.

Additional Information

• Location: Baytown, TX, 77523 
• Pay: $16.50/hr
• Shift Schedule: Rotating Shifts

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
