Meador, an Openwork Company, is currently engaged in a search to find a contractFinancial Clerk located in Texas City. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with confidential financial information.
As the Financial Clerk, you will:
Perform basic accounting functions, including processing debits, credits, and financial transactions.
Complete data entry and provide general accounting support to the Finance Department.
Enter, review, and maintain financial information within the company’s accounting system.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records through scanning, filing, and document management.
Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and financial reports as needed.
Assist with organizing invoices, documents, and other Finance Department records.
Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department and assist with additional accounting tasks as assigned.
What you’ll need:
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
Strong knowledge in Excel
Basic experience in accounting
Compensation and Perks:
$21-24/hr
