FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (OPERATIONS COORDINATOR)

In our Facility Maintenance Technician job you’ll be responsible for:

• Installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and managing proprietary HVAC services and systems across campus (prioritizing large buildings, athletics, and residential spaces).

• Coordinating supply deliveries, inventory, and service activities.

• Ensuring service change schedules and maintenance programs are executed properly.

• Identifying system optimization opportunities and connecting customers with the sales team when needed.

What you’ll need:

• Strong, proven hands-on facility technician experience (required).

• Ability to operate a computer to manage service tasks and schedules.

• Relationship-oriented skills to work closely with facilities personnel and campus stakeholders.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Pay: Full-time position starting at $25/hour.

• Location Details: Work primarily in-person within the Lexington area supporting a long-term, well-established customer relationship. Administrative work can be conducted from home with remote equipment provided.
