Facilities Technician I – Olive Branch, MS
Pay: $18.50/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:15 AM – 12:45 PM (OT available on Saturdays)

Openwork is hiring a Facilities Technician I to support the cleanliness, organization, and daily operations of our facility. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone dependable, motivated, and comfortable working in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and maintain building and office supplies
• Operate compactor and baler equipment for waste and recycling (training provided)
• Support general office and facility-related requests
• Sort and deliver internal and external mail
• Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks
• Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate observations
• Assist with additional tasks to support operations as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Less than 1 year of related experience (facilities or general labor)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working on ladders
• Basic computer skills (email, simple data entry)
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented and able to work under close supervision

Work Environment:

• Warehouse and/or office setting
• May involve outdoor work and varying conditions
• PPE and safety training provided
