Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Other duties may be assigned. • Directs incoming flow of traffic that enters onto premises to designated parking area • Maintain exterior of building and grounds as it pertains to debris and securing gated areas • Patrol all areas around perimeter of building to deter theft, vandalism, and loitering, especially within parking lot • Maintain fuel levels for golf cart and fuel supply inventory • Responsible for reporting concerns for continual maintenance of golf cart to Maintenance Lead • Quickly and correctly identifies the issues or problem behind each service request • Maintains the effective working condition of necessary tools and equipment • Displays a strong, consistent effort in completing their work • Maintain outside sidewalks, parking lots and designated smoking areas by sweeping debris, emptying trash cans and ash tray receptacles • Communicate clearly and effectively, in writing , via 3-way radio, via phone and computer • Safety • Maintains building safety systems, ensuring compliance with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines • Keeps accurate, detailed and timely maintenance records for all activities • Ensures all safety precautions are taken when performing maintenance, custodial duties, operating machinery or driving company or personal vehicles for company use.
General Maintenance & Custodial Responsibilities • Quickly and correctly identifies the issue or problem behind each service request • Recommends and implements the most efficient solution to address the request/ issues • Maintains the effective working condition of necessary tools and equipment • Displays a strong, consistent effort in completing their work • Perform assigned preventative maintenance schedules for all areas of the facility as designated
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions and procedure manuals
Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customer or employees of organizations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to perform mathematical tasks and to effectively solve given mathematical problems
Ability to calculate figures and proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but un-involved written or oral
instructions.
Ability to use the computer to access a variety of software applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook,
and Excel
Additional Information: Location: Baytown, TX 77520 Pay Rate: $18 p/h Schedule: MAY VARY FROM M-F, 6:30AM-2:30PM
