FACILITIES PROJECT MANAGER

In a Facilities Project Manager job you’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinating and collaborating with general contractors to execute seamless facility build-outs and renovations.

• Reviewing, analyzing, and managing AutoCAD layouts and blueprints to ensure accurate space planning and design execution.

• Managing space allocations meticulously to optimize facility efficiency and workflow.

• Supporting various facility sites across the Southeast Houston area while managing project timelines effectively.

What you’ll need:

• A strong background in commercial construction, facility design, or a closely related field.

• Proven, hands-on experience reviewing and working with AutoCAD layouts and architectural blueprints.

• Excellent communication and project coordination skills to effectively liaise with general contractors and internal teams.

Additional Information:

• Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Project Duration: 6 to 12-month contract

• Location/Travel Note: This role supports various facilities in the Southeast Houston Area.
